In accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines, the Resort requires face coverings in all indoor public areas of the property for guests and Hilton team members. Your understanding is appreciated.
The SCAFP will comply with the American with Disabilities Act in order to offer this program to all interested parties regardless of any special needs they may have. If you require special accommodation in order to fully participate, please check the appropriate block on your registration form. A staff member will contact you to discuss your specific needs.
Conference Safety Protocols
Face masks are required in all indoor public areas of the Resort, in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines. Attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own masks; however, disposable masks will be available for anyone who needs them. Resort guests will find disinfecting stations with wipes and hand sanitizer available throughout the property. Additionally, public areas are cleaned at scheduled intervals, including hourly maintenance of high-touch areas like elevators and bathrooms.
Staff may conduct temperature checks before entering the meeting room or exhibit hall, if warranted.
The meeting rooms will be arranged with room between each seat and room between rows. There will be a designated side of the room for entering and another designated side for exiting the room.
The exhibit hall has been designed in such a way that there is a large space between each booth, making it easy for exhibitors to social distance from not only the other exhibitors, but from the attendees visiting their booth.
Social distancing will be implemented by design at all SCAFP events.
The Hilton Resort has implemented protocols which will be followed for cleaning meeting rooms and disinfecting bathrooms/other common areas on the property. The Hilton EventReady with CleanStay is the next phase of the Hilton CleanStay program. The program expands on the elevated sanitation standards of the Hilton CleanStay program, addressing every touch point of the meeting experience. To responsibly host meetings and events, Hilton team members will join with us to address both health and environmental concerns. The Hilton’s protocols will also be followed for safely serving meals and breaks to attendees.
